About the Job:

The Business Process Transformation Analyst II will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing robust processes and procedures across various departments within the organization. The primary focus will be on optimizing efficiency and enhancing productivity. This role requires the ability to evaluate the efficiency and costs of established processes, develop improvement strategies, and facilitate changes. In addition to updating process documents and conducting efficiency audits and process mapping sessions.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process and procedure documentation for all relevant departments within the sales organization.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and procedures, ensuring understanding and adherence.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in process management and optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on process-related matters, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration in process improvement efforts.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in process improvement, procedure development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping techniques, process analysis, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in logistics, sales support, or customer service roles within the transportation or logistics industry is advantageous but not required.

 

Location: This is an in-office role based in Charlotte, NC.

Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.
