Job Overview: Provides support to the MRO Department by distributing cases to the Medical Review Officers as they become available, connecting donor calls to available MROs and performing support tasks to ensure the timely flow of results.
A Day in the Life:
  • You will organize, assign and manage case load to the Medical Review Officers.
  • You will manage list of priority cases and have them assigned.
  • You will distribute faxes and emails to the appropriate staff.
  • You will place outgoing calls to donors and connect them to available Medical Review Officers.
  • You will make courtesy calls to donors who have not submitted their documentation.
  • You will accept incoming calls from the call center and disburse to available Medical Review Officers.
Our Idea Candidate:
  • Has a high school diploma.
  • Has administrative experience.
  • Has experience with internet browsers and web-based applications.
  • Has intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Has the ability to pay strong attention to detail.
  • Has strong organizational skills.
  • Has the ability to multi-task.
  • Has good interpersonal, phone and communication skills.
  • Has 2+ years administrative experience.
