Position Overview: Verify information received by third party vendors for accuracy, researches process breakdowns that have occurred across the drug testing supply chain, quickly resolve erroneous data that is received from third party vendors, and ensures the accuracy of results that are being processed/released through a propriety information management system.
 
A Day in the Life:
  • You will validate and update/correct information from drug test collections that are received from third party vendors and handle PII properly to ensure sensitive information is protected.
  • You will identify and resolve issues/process breakdowns within the drug testing supply chain to prevent future delays in results being released.
  • You will perform research to find/correct erroneous data that must be present for the release of results to clients.
  • You will contact third party vendors for results that are needed for the release of pending records.
  • You will release results pending in the system to reflect accurately for clients and their compliance with drug testing programs and Department of Transportation.
  • You will correct records that did not meet the testing requirements once the applicable information is received from vendors/clients.

  • Has a high school diploma.
  • Has a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Has intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Has a minimum typing speed of 31-35 words per minute.
