Job Overview: This position is responsible to process test results and provide client support for a group of clients that follow a construction industry substance abuse testing policy (CCS).  The person in this position needs to be able to communicate with clients on the phone as well as through email to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.   This position requires excellent data entry skills and good attention to detail.
A Day in the Life:
  • You will complete data entry for drug and alcohol tests into the propriety database.
  • You will review paperwork for compliance with policy requirements. 
  • You will communicate with clients via email or phone.
  • You will edit digital pictures to be input into database and print ID cards.
  • You will communicate with vendors (collection sites, laboratory) regarding missing information and issues.
  • You will process drug test results – utilizing Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You will communicate with other teams.
  • You will invoice testing charges – utilizing Quickbooks.
  • You will run mail through the mail machine.
  • You will deliver mail internally and take mail out to the mailbox.
  • You will answer team phone calls.
  • You will scan and file completed paperwork.

  • Has intermediate skills working with Microsoft office.
  • Has the ability to type 30+ WPM.
  • Is organized, detail oriented and can multi-task.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Has the ability to work well with others and on your own.
  • Has a high school diploma.
