Position Overview: Provides clients with excellent and prompt customer service by assisting clients with various inquiries and requests within the framework of established client service policies.
A Day in the Life:
  • You will answer incoming phone calls, emails and voice messages.
  • You will assist with creating and updating client account info in proprietary platform TA Monitor.
  • You will review contractor drug and alcohol data.
  • You will organize and schedule conference calls with contractor DER’s.
  • You will answer requests for information in a timely manner.
  • You will prepare and send mailings and packages.
  • You will update and maintain contractor databases.
  • You will export print and review employee lists.
  • You will verify data.
  • You will set up new contractor profiles.
  • You will send email reminders.
  • You will prepare and edit letters, reports and memos.
  • You will assist with Client Account Representatives as needed. 
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a high school diploma and two (2) years of corporate/retail customer service experience.
  • Has intermediate level Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Has experience in DOT compliance.
  • Has experience in a busy office environment.
