Job Overview: This position is responsible to provide customer service for a large union client.  The person in this position needs to be able to communicate with clients on the phone as well as through email to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.  
A Day in the Life:
  • Daily shift is 11:30AM to 8:00PM.
  • You will answer phone calls for client’s 800#.
  • You will create and modify testing authorization forms.
  • You will process reimbursement requests.
  • You will contact collection sites to gather more information about a testing event.
  • You will communicate collection protocol to collection sites.
  • You will work with MRO team to provide supporting paperwork for donor interviews.
  • You will communicate and correspond with the laboratory regarding errors and collection site requests.
  • You will communicate with client regarding new members, database access, and member updates.
  • You will prepare monthly invoices.
  • You will administer random selection program for client.
  • You will monitor FAXes for the client.
  • You will communicate with other teams.

  • Can type 30+ WPM.
  • Is organized and detail-oriented.

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Has the ability to work well with others and on your own.
  • Has a high school diploma.
  • Has prior experience working in an office environment, working with base entry and QuickBooks.
