Job Overview:  The General Administrator assists in all areas of Driver Qualifications departmental operations including document intake, document breaking and loading, customer support, and document review processes for the Driver Qualification Department. 
 
A Day in the Life:
  • You will answers incoming phone calls, emails, and voice messages. 
  • You will contact clients, company and third-party facilities to retrieve documentation and gather missing data or correct to erroneous data.
  • You will aids and train clients with the use of proprietary web application, including but not limited to handling driver file roster changes, FMCSA driver file requirements, auditor access and reporting options, and supplying any other needed information to the client in a timely manner.
  • You will quickly resolves client issues with regards to company services, data reporting, policy program compliance, proprietary software, driver qualification files, policy and procedures compliance.
  • You will maintain expert knowledge of Department of Transportation driver file compliance procedures, best practices, and requirements.
  • You will recognize and escalate urgent issues as needed to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • You will research and assist billing department with driver file invoice related concerns.
  • You will establish and communicate protocol updates for client level evaluation changes.
  • You will establish and communicate account level recommendations and best practice procedures. 
  • You will review and process documents related to driver qualification files which may require data entry, scanning and manually altering information to ensure document image accuracy. 
  • You will coordinate documents coming into DISAworks from different scanning locations.
  • You will label documents in DISAworks accordingly.
  • You will confirm information interchange by communicating with Driver Qualification manger and team members.
  • You will filter and clean inbound documents for driver qualification scanning. 
  • You will review and analyze rough/blurred documents and arrange in a clear format. 
  • You will perform clerical function of scanning of all documents with due diligence. 

Our Ideal Candidate:  
  • Has experience working with scanning programs.
  • Has a clear understanding of the driver qualification file onboarding process including onboarding requirements, sequential stages, and timely sorting of documents.
  • Is detail oriented. 
  • Has excellent customer service skills.
  • Has Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • Has a High school diploma .
  • Has two years of corporate/retail customer service experience.
