What You Will Accomplish Here…
The Project Coordinator sets out, monitors, maintains, and updates the project plan in coordination with all stakeholders of the project. The Project Coordinator provides information to the Technical Manager on project progress for both critical path and project milestones.
The Project Coordinator’s focus will be on the following:
Communicating and Coordinating with Internal and External Parties
Discusses and confirms resources and timescales with the Technical Manager
Gathers information for progress reporting purposes
Assists in progress reporting against the program
Provides information to clients regarding project status and other relevant information
Efficiently Supports Projects
Drafts programs in conjunction with the Technical Manager
Ensures all activities within the scope of work are included in programs
Updates the project plan throughout the project life-cycle
Regularly assists, advises and updates the project resource plan
Experience, Education, Skills and Credentials:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline is required Certification, formal training, experience or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered in lieu of the educational requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license
Knowledge of Project Management is required
Experience with Project Planning software is preferred
An understanding of iGaming Technology and Terminology is a plus
Must have strong planning, monitoring and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required
Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position
Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties
Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness
